How we work

We have a number of fixed priced plans. The plans start as little as £30 or $50 per month upwards. This way you can plan and budget your expenses better – we can even do your budgets!

You choose the plan that is right for you. You then send us as much* work as you like and we will do it for you. The plans start at simple data entry work to more complex management driven budgeting and planning. The most popular one we have is the Business Plus account where the bulk of the work consist of processing claims.

We realize that not all can be done over the web and email. For instance you may not be able to scan all your expenses and bills. For that we offer a hassle free “Collect n Process” service – we will provide you with a courier box and you just put all your monthly bills into that. At the end of the month or quarter (depending on your volume) you just notify us and we will collect it, bring it over in 3 days and process it! This is truly hassle free solution. Those who are tech savvy can scan the receipts and email saving you time and money.
